Delivery Information

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will usually leave us on the same day, although we cannot guarantee this during busy times. Orders not sent on the same day, will be sent on the following day. This includes orders placed on Friday, which will leave us on Saturday.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.

Standard shipping orders will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Delivery is often the next day for mainland UK addresses but this will depend on Royal Mail. Please allow 2 to 3 days for this service.

External factors such as strike action and adverse weather can affect shipping times. We will always endeavour to inform customers of potential delays when possible but please understand that lots of factors are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible to external companies.

Please note that the shipping costs provided by the site must be regarded as an estimate and should the item cost considerably more, we reserve the right to withhold the order, and notify you of the expected delivery cost. This will then be billed separately.
