Returns Policy

Customers wishing to return items are free to do so, and can initiate the process via our contact form.

Please make sure to contact us before returning any items.

All items can be returned for a refund providing the items are returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in a new and unused condition. This includes the product, and the packaging. We therefore recommend ensuring the items are well packaged, and sent using insured/recorded delivery. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost by the courier during the returns process.

Where an item is damaged/faulty, we will of course ensure to replace these asap, however items returned for reasons beyond our control i.e should a customer change their mind, then a small admin fee will be incurred by the customer. This is always less than £2 and will be agreed with the customer before the return process takes place.
